DOHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, TKTL2, and OR10A4. Each is linked with DOHH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOHH-to-partner and partner-to-DOHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51A grouped by DOHH-low versus DOHH-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
