Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOCK9-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DOCK9-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DOCK9-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOCK9-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUAD, and THCA are the cancer types where DOCK9-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
