DOCK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with DOCK8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK8-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by DOCK8-low versus DOCK8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
