Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,209 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, Regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, and Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly. Each is linked with DOCK8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK8-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK8 results are reported.
