Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK8-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,464 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK8-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, STK10, and DOCK8. Each is linked with DOCK8-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK8-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK8-AS1 results are reported.
