DOCK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, HAUS1, and BUB3. Each is linked with DOCK7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK7-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by DOCK7-low versus DOCK7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
