DOCK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOCK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,241 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF430, ADPRM, and FANCG. Each is linked with DOCK6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK6-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF430 grouped by DOCK6-low versus DOCK6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
