DOCK11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP76, IER3IP1, and ATP5F1A. Each is linked with DOCK11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK11-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP76 grouped by DOCK11-low versus DOCK11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
