DOCK10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOCK10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOCK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FASN, and PRDX1. Each is linked with DOCK10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOCK10-to-partner and partner-to-DOCK10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by DOCK10-low versus DOCK10-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOCK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOCK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
