DOC2GP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2GP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2GP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHERP, DHX9, and WDR5. Each is linked with DOC2GP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2GP-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2GP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOC2GP versus CHERP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2GP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2GP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
