DOC2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,154 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42EP4, RPL9, and CCL21. Each is linked with DOC2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2B-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOC2B versus CDC42EP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
