DOC2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOC2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOC2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MON1B, HECTD3, and SLC2A8. Each is linked with DOC2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOC2B-to-partner and partner-to-DOC2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MON1B grouped by DOC2B-low versus DOC2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOC2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOC2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
