DNPH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNPH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,993 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS7, MFSD3, and MLST8. Each is linked with DNPH1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNPH1-to-partner and partner-to-DNPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNPH1 versus NDUFS7 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
