DNMT3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCK, NDUFS4, and GLRX2. Each is linked with DNMT3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3B-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCK grouped by DNMT3B-low versus DNMT3B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
