Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNMT3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,024 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of RNA stability, and Regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with DNMT3B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3B-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3B results are reported.
