DNMT3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, NONO, and SF3B3. Each is linked with DNMT3A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3A-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMT3A versus DBN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
