DNMT3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, VAX2, and STMN1. Each is linked with DNMT3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3A-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNMT3A versus CENPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
