DNMT3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNMT3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,717 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO1, ZNF543, and UIMC1. Each is linked with DNMT3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3A-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESCO1 grouped by DNMT3A-low versus DNMT3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
