DNMT3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNMT3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,112 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNMT3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cellular response to hypoxia, Epithelial cell apoptotic process, and Hepatocyte apoptotic process. Each is linked with DNMT3A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNMT3A-to-partner and partner-to-DNMT3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cellular response to hypoxia grouped by DNMT3A-low versus DNMT3A-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNMT3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNMT3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
