DNM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,035 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4A, SENP3-EIF4A1, and RN7SL208P. Each is linked with DNM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM2-to-partner and partner-to-DNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4A grouped by DNM2-low versus DNM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
