The most reproducible DNM1P50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CRD-mediated mRNA stabilization, Cellular response to electrical stimulus, and Purine-containing compound catabolic process. Each is linked with DNM1P50 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P50-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P50 results are reported.
