Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNM1P50 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNM1P50 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DNM1P50 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM1P50 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
HNSC, KIRC, and ESCA are the cancer types where DNM1P50 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
