Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,398 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1P47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, SEPTIN7, and ABI3BP. Each is linked with DNM1P47 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P47-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P47 results are reported.
