The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher DNM1P46 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNM1P46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DNM1P46 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
