Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,516 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1P41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL417P, UBE2Q2P1, and ZNF337. Each is linked with DNM1P41 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P41-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P41 results are reported.
