Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1P33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,879 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNM1P33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate biosynthetic process, and Obsolete cellular response to extracellular stimulus. Each is linked with DNM1P33 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1P33-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1P33 results are reported.
