DNM1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,436 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNM1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are YARS2, STRAP, and WNK1. Each is linked with DNM1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1L-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNM1L versus YARS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
