Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNM1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNM1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHB, USP5, and MLF2_S238. Each is linked with DNM1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNM1L-to-partner and partner-to-DNM1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNM1L versus PHB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
