DNHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,642 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, GOT1, and GINS4. Each is linked with DNHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNHD1-to-partner and partner-to-DNHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF20A grouped by DNHD1-low versus DNHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
