DNHD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,496 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP13, PGAP4, and ESYT1. Each is linked with DNHD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNHD1-to-partner and partner-to-DNHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNHD1 versus AKAP13 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
