DNHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,031 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS19BP1, PDCD2, and KLK15. Each is linked with DNHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNHD1-to-partner and partner-to-DNHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS19BP1 grouped by DNHD1-low versus DNHD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
