Across TCGA patient cohorts, DND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 990 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole elongation, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, and Reticulophagy. Each is linked with DND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DND1-to-partner and partner-to-DND1 results are reported.
