Across TCGA cell cohorts, DND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,399 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Leukotriene signaling pathway, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with DND1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DND1-to-partner and partner-to-DND1 results are reported.
