DNASE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,623 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPL, HTRA4, and MAN2B1. Each is linked with DNASE2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE2-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNASE2 versus NPL in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
