DNASE1L3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1L3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with DNASE1L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L3-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by DNASE1L3-low versus DNASE1L3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
