DNAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP46, OR13D2P, and OR52H2P. Each is linked with DNAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAL4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP46 grouped by DNAL4-low versus DNAL4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
