Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAL1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DNAL1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where DNAL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
