DNAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP388, HMGN1P31, and RNU6-1155P. Each is linked with DNAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAL1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP388 grouped by DNAL1-low versus DNAL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
