Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC6. Each is linked with DNAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAL1-to-partner and partner-to-DNAL1 results are reported.
