Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJC5G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,774 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJC5G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA catabolic process, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile. Each is linked with DNAJC5G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC5G-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC5G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by DNAJC5G-low versus DNAJC5G-high in BONE.
