DNAJC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,495 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUT1, NUDT22, and C11orf68. Each is linked with DNAJC4 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC4-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC4 versus TUT1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
