DNAJC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,506 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL, COG1, and COG2. Each is linked with DNAJC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC3-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC3 versus NCL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
