Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAJC25 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher DNAJC25 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DNAJC25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
