DNAJC24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP405, PGBD4P2, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with DNAJC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC24-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP405 grouped by DNAJC24-low versus DNAJC24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
