Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC19P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,646 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DNAJC19P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Cytoplasmic microtubule organization. Each is linked with DNAJC19P7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC19P7-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC19P7 results are reported.
