Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAJC19P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DNAJC19P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DNAJC19P7 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAJC19P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and BRCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where DNAJC19P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
