DNAJC18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMTA1-AS2, RPL35P6, and TRGV6. Each is linked with DNAJC18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC18-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAMTA1-AS2 grouped by DNAJC18-low versus DNAJC18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
