DNAJC18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, Caspase-8, and MEK1. Each is linked with DNAJC18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC18-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT5a grouped by DNAJC18-low versus DNAJC18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
