DNAJC18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAJC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,028 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA24, HSPA4, and TTC7B. Each is linked with DNAJC18 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC18-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC18 versus SPATA24 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
