DNAJC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, RPL22P14, and MIR4655. Each is linked with DNAJC14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC14-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by DNAJC14-low versus DNAJC14-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
